Our Company NUWAY, suggests to our Distributors or Customers to choose our Nuway Products wisely according to their needs.
The Customers or Distributors can return or exchange our Nuway Products when they purchase them for the first time, if they feel dissatisfied, or if they find any manufacturing or packaging defect within 30 days from the date of purchase. They can avail of this support by returning the Product to the Company, through the Channel Partner where they have purchased the product, by filling out the Product Return Form, along with the Original Invoice of the Product Purchased, that is to be returned.
The Company is committed to replacing the Returned products within 7 Working Days from the date of the Returned Product with the Product Return Form received by the Company from the Channel Partner, with the Customers or the Distributors through the Channel Partner where the Product Return Form is submitted.
